I do not feel after a year of this president being in office that it leaves little doubt anymore of what has taken place and that our precious democratic processes are corrupted.
The only factual issue that remains is what are we going to do about it? People we are and have been in a treasonous plot that is continuing to unfold and this attack is on multiple levels and multiple fronts.
I believe in the rule of law that states no man is bellow or above the law. That is where this problem begins and will ultimately be tested. This president by all objective measures is running a CCE short for continuing criminal enterprise.
The veil has now been almost completely lifted from the campaign that brought down and bested Hillary Clinton and her failed attempt at the presidency, I am no Hillary fan but she was at a severe disadvantage as the Russian republic of Putin laid hands on our precious scale of democracy and we cannot allow this to stand.
The background for the success of the active measures technique employed involved full participation and treason with the National Republican party. Let that sink in for a minute while we explore more, the seeds to this feeling that treason was just another means to an end was opened when every Republican especially the old confederate states stood arm and arm against president Obama on every issue from his very inauguration the plot was hatched.
There were not one Republican that stood up in that meeting and said that this is wrong and unconstitutional. Not regarding the fact these same people was responsible for the tanking of the economy and all the pain of the recession that of 2008 when their Republican president left the office in shambles.
The background was laid to Obama's presidency of professional deployment of the government resources and subsequent turning of the economy around and yet he still had lock step resistance against his very being.
This movement to De-legitimatize Obama was led by none other than Donald J. Trump who then gained the support of the Neo Nazi and KKK and Alt right communities.
The main reason to spell some of these historic facts out is that our country is experiencing a period of transition and as such people believe that facts are no longer important and we have heard right from the white house that there is alternative facts which simply means either a distortion of fact or an outright lie.
These are perilous times where some within the christian community have even distorted the word of God.
God does not support evil, God does not support rapist, God does not support division, God does not and is not a Republican or Democrat.

RE: The Polls
I were just sitting here today and thinking about the good ole USA and once again a very crucial pivotal election is upcoming for people in Texas as I am it truly is a matter of life and death.
I am here in the great state of Texas and they have refused Obama care and everything that looks like Obama. The issue with Ebola and ISIS and fear mongering once again is taking center stage as we know that these people believe that if they scare enough people and keep enough people from voting that somehow they can retain power.
The meaning of them retaining power is deep because unlike Obama the other guys loot the treasury of trillions of dollars for their friends. The story here in Texas is one that incompetence and racist policies has led and will lead to more deaths. I am not surprised that Mr. Duncan died here for the simple fact he went to Presbyterian and did not have any insurance.
The hospital does not allow patients to admit anywhere but Parkland if you are poor and they will say anything to obscure this fact but for those of us dealing with the system here it is clear what happen in that man with Ebola whom presented with a fever over 100 and was sent home with a Tylenol.
The ugly truth is that the people whom need to vote here in Texas don't participate and then complain that we are dying here for a lack of basic respect in terms of healthcare and the candidate that addresses these issues should be the one voted for here I believe Wendy Davis has to take over that governorship because the stakes are too high for apathy where is our great preachers I don't have to mention the litany of all stars we have here. Get your people out and mobilized to vote they are the same ones whom need the healthcare.

Still a Nigga
I am not stating this in a hostile manner to garner any sympathies but to reflect that old truthful saying that during the course of life history seem to repeat itself.
The gentlemen here is named Dred Scott whom petitioned the government to regain his freedom after being placed in slavery after being free.
The premise of my statements here relates directly to the present. I am crying daily by the clear and apparent danger that Black people live with here in this country. The litany of events are too numerous to document here today but it has been bothering my conscious since Micheal Brown was shot downlike a dog in the street and we watched his body lay there and the police standing as though they were on a hunt and shoot they latest prey.
I noticed several years ago that a majority of your racists and klan types had began to join law enforcement and corrections and abuse the people that they are charged to protect. Which brings us back to the begining. During the supreme court ruling related to our brother Dred the justice of the supreme court unequivocally laid out the foundation on which this nation law rest upon today. and I will leave the statement here to speak for itself.
The opinion by justice Taney was laid out as this:
"The question is simply this: Can a negro, whose ancestors were imported into this country, and sold as slaves, become a member of the political community formed and brought into existence by the Constitution of the United States, and as such become entitled to all the rights, and privileges, and immunities, guarantied by that instrument to the citizen? One of which rights is the privilege of suing in a court of the United States in the cases specified in the Constitution.
" According to Taney, the authors of the Constitution had viewed all blacks as "beings of an inferior order, and altogether unfit to associate with the white race, either in social or political relations, and so far inferior that they had no rights which the white man was bound to respect."
These facts are laid out to show why these police officers mainly white feel an inherent privilege and right to kill and desecrate a black person and defile their humanity. I will continue this dialogue at a later time.

RE:Transformation
The subject of restoration and transformative psychology has intrigued our society for decades. The issues become more complex as we factor the mannor in which we deal with ethnic minorities. The death penalty as it relates to justice.
Could this brother be transformed and life rehabilitated or shall we continue in the blood lust that seem to overtake rationale thinking and the ideal of fairness and truth in our system.(Troy Davis) The evidence is shaky to say the least.
Why and how can we as a society so cavilierly kill a man when there is such a doubt that people from all spectrums of the political pursuasion has a doubt about this case.

The President Jobs & Cult of Hate
The fact this president came out as another compromise shouldn't surprise any of us whom want to see the presidents policies implemented. The vision has to become greater than the need of now. The people I see here in Texas has gave up many of them on landing another job.
The games have already done so much damage to the moral, to a point that we are going to have to show and tell this time. Talk is cheap and many unfortunate people are not going to vote because they fail to see the value of the process.
The process of recovery will be a long time coming for those who have not gained a new skill set to exploit in the digital world. There are many people who are afraid of computers and technology? I couldn't believe this until i started seeing it around some of the people i know.
The issue that will likely block the small jobs bill is the cult of hate.
